At First Aid Beauty, we want you to love your skin and your results. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
After submitting your request, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Products
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, if possible, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of our warehouse receiving the return.
